چکیده
Introduction. Portal vein (PV) thrombosis (PVT) is a partial or complete obstruction of blood flow as result thrombus mass in the lumen PV. In acute phase, symptoms are unspecific such right upper quadrant pain, nausea and fever. Diversity subacute chronic associated with complications related to PVT portal hypertension. Case report. We presenting case 50-year-old female who was admitted hospital due abdominal cramping pain. The pain lasted for 15 20 minutes, followed by defecation normal stool haematochezia three occasions. returned several hours, again tenesmuses every 10 minutes. After admission colonoscopy performed that determined vulnerable, erythematous mucosa colon contact bleeding from lienal flexure rectosigmoid junction. During colonoscopy, biopsy performed. A computer tomography (CT) scan revealed PVT, intrahepatic branches PV inferior mesenteric vein. conservative treatment low molecular weight heparin (LWMH), other supportive measures digestive ceased, became normal. one month follow up patient has had no control CT without thrombosis. Conclusion: Although rare, non-malignant non-cirrhotic differential diagnosis should not be neglected because timely vigilant therapy LWMH can lead resolution serious complication.

Methods: The diagnosis of HCC in cirrhotic patients was based on the EASL guidelines. On contrast-enhanced CT scans, MMPVT was identified by the presence of a low-attenuation intra-luminal filling defect. Intrathrombus vascularity, observed in the arterial phase of imaging studies after the administration of contrast, has been reported to be a sign that is specific for MMPVT on CT [3]. MMPVT wa...
